Before you convert your syntax file, make sure it is not still opened in your spreadsheet. If it is open, an error will appear.
Open OSuCre and follow the instructions on screen.
After the survey has been converted (this should only take a few seconds), you can upload it to test it.
Note that if you add images to the survey, they have to be in the same folder as the php files. If this is not the case, you will need other software to upload the questionnaire. Note that internet explorer can be used for this purpose by placing ftp:// in stead of http:// before the hostname. However, an ftp program such as filezilla is recommended. Also see here.
Note that the survey pages contain hidden fields and code. In Adobe Dreamweaver and NVU these may appear as yellow shields. This will not appear in the survey itself though. Removing this code will result in a malfunctioning survey.
